Yes, Ms. Lazarus referred to a recent (last Friday?) Chinese court decision that upheld the patent on Viagra in the Chinese market. She pointed to this as a hopeful sign for the future. 
Re IABC and China. She didn&#039;t refer to this. But the IABC AGM is later this afternoon. I&#039;ll watch for this to come up there.</description>

Did Ms. Lazarus discuss the Chinese attitude to intellectual property and any propensity to appropriate the work of others for themselves, without payment?

Which in turn leads to whether there was any discussion of business ethics -- a prime focus of IABC apparently -- in regard to doing business there.

And was there, tied to her lecture, any discussion about IABC&#039;s plans to expand in China, -- the elected Chairman was there, I believe, twice during his term of office.
