Munjal Shah & DevenMunjal Shah, the CEO of Riya, recounts how the company decided on a major change of strategic direction, from photo uploading to search – less than six weeks after launch. And along the way, he offers some observations about the prospects for web 2.0 start-ups.

I’m not sure where the story will end. But for anyone who has started a business, the telling of the story is thrilling.
