		<description>It sounds like this was a great panel discussion. It&#039;s too bad it didn&#039;t happen a week earlier though. I certainly would have liked to include some of these insights in a presentation my classmates and I made on how new technologies are impacting crisis communications. 

I really like Josh&#039;s suggests for local emergency measures organizations to contact the most read blogs in their area. What an excellent idea!</description>
