It was another really interesting Third Tuesday topic. I especially appreciate how you offer a transcript and the MP3. Something else I took away from Colin's presentation was that information that is relevant does not have to be immediate. I think that government communicators shouldn't feel overwhelmed by the choices offered by social media, they should focus on what content they have to put out and how to effectively do so. Hi Joe,
