Both ensuring that the culture of blogging and the expectation of the community is understood and ensuring that the corporate culture is able to embrace these expectations and mores" ...and one that takes time (and you can guess). Even with mis-steps, though, think our experience is if you blog get going and bring the culture along with you...build it with you Hi Joe
