I have noticed that the cc. has lost its meaning on email. Used to be that you would cc. someone on paper correspondence as an FYI. Now, people who are cc’d on emails also tend to pipe in to conversations. Or worst, the sender cc’s people with an expectation they will respond. A return to proper etiquette on that front would also help with managing the work flow.
